Oggi ci occuperemo di come fare per prendere un appuntamento da qualche parte, in questo caso dal dottore (anche se speriamo che a voi non debba mai capitare!).
Quindi, il lessico che troverete, i vocaboli, i modi di dire e le modalità di richiesta e risposta al cliente possono essere valide per tutte le occasioni, come ad esempio prenotare un tavolo in un ristorante oppure un appuntamento dal vostro parrucchiere di fiducia, oppure ancora dei biglietti per uno spettacolo teatrale.
