How can you eat and drink while putting your worries at ease?
Your best bet is to go running!
In this blog we’ll explain to you how to run a half marathon even if running doesn’t relate to you and if you genuinely love food.
The purpose of our programme isn’t to run as fast as you can but to complete a Half Marathon with just three months of training and without starving!
Don’t raise your eyebrows, start to run with us!
The technique is easy: it’s called “RunWalkRun”
Like the word says, you should alternate two minutes of running with one minute of walking, following your own rhythm without stress or anxiety.
Routes are always different: Navigli, Parco Nord, Parco Ravizza, Naviglio Martesana, Parco Sempione and CityLife.
In this way, while you are walk-running, you can explore different parts of our beautiful city, paying attention to everything around you.
We are sure that those simple things could perk up your day regardless of how tired you are.
